Jack Modesset is unethical and unfit for legal profession. I got over my stroke from Saturday night's paralysis. I could not speak, read, write, and still had permanent neuropathy in my left arm and hand. He continued to lie, wasted my time, and dropped the lawsuit three weeks before filing the lawsuit. (No other lawyer will undertake the case within that period.) He has continued my case for more than a year. I had all my medical records run around the city to collect and pay.
I was asked why I would lower this case, and said, "I'm too healthy," and he said, "I've been waiting for your arms to become white to the bone. Then he told me that my case was valid and I could win, but it wasn't worth the time "I". Jack said, "I'll get Ferrari if it costs, and I'll only buy 'you' Honda." (Star 0... But Elp forgives the stars). Don't hire this guy...... He should be banned! !!

Last year, at a hospital in Williamson County, I was infected with MRSA.  I called them because I heard a good story about this company.  Legal Assistant Professor Jenie Dubel answered the phone.  She seemed to be in a hurry to get me off the phone.  She had no empathy and was very rude.  At first, when it was so bad, it usually got worse, and from the "Jeanie" experience, I refused my contract with Modeset.  A week later I applied to Carlson's law firm.  I don't know which rocks under which they found this Jeanie character, but I still remember how rude she was after more than a month of my phone call.
